Reaching Further In 2022!

Enstruc start 2022 by shipping two 30 meter long arm booms for Hitachi EX1200-5C Excavator.

A large heavy equipment dealer with offices in the USA and India approached Enstruc to manufacture 2 Hitachi EX1200-5 excavator booms in 50 days.  We did it! The huge 30 meter long reach arm and boom, which will be used in marine dredging operations, was built with Strenx 700 high-strength structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 700 MPa for demanding load-bearing structures. Both LR excavator boom sets include a 10 ton counterweight and 1.2 cubic meter rock bucket.

With multiple engineering options and international steel grades available to us, Enstruc manufacture standard, long reach, and super long front arms to suit any excavator model and application. Our customers use this extra reach in the following type of work:
