Enstruc mining front end loader buckets are designed with OEM linkage, dump geometry, breakout force, and load balance to ensure efficient fill behaviour, correct dump heights, reduced wear rates, and consistent tonnes-per-hour output.
The bucket has a heavy duty reversible cutting edge, sidebar protectors, wear runners, internal floor wear liner, cheek wear plates, and bottom radial strips. Optional external wear bars, bolt-on or welded lip shrouds, wing shrouds, and heel shrouds can be installed for greater wear protection in abrasive materials. Wear packages are selected based on rock type, abrasion level, and production targets.
