We engineer Excavator Front-End Assemblies, including Mass Excavation Booms, Reinforced Rock Arms, Customised Long Reach Sets, and High Reach Fronts designed for continuous mining production.

Heavy duty booms are fabricated from high-tensile structural steel and reinforced in high-stress areas to withstand constant loading, impact, and abrasive wear. Boom and arm designs are optimised for balanced weight distribution, reduced flex, and longer service life under demanding digging and loading cycles.

Enstruc mining excavator booms are compatible with large machines from CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Liebherr, and other mining OEMs. We supply both pin-to-pin replacements and custom-built mining fronts to match specific excavator models, application needs, and hydraulic configurations.
