Enstruc supplies Quarry Excavator Buckets built for high-impact digging, material loading, and overburden removal in abrasive and rocky environments. We offer a full range of heavy duty quarry buckets, including severe abrasion buckets (HDS),  heavy duty extreme rock buckets (HDX), ultra hard rock buckets (HDU), and customised reinforced buckets designed for medium to large excavators working in quarry and aggregate operations.

Our buckets are fabricated from high-strength, wear resistant steel and equipped with heavy duty ground engaging tools for high productivity and low maintenance. A reinforced beam, sidewalls, and cutting edge with heavy duty lip and tooth system enhances durability under continuous use. Bucket profiles are optimised for maximum breakout force, efficient material flow, and reduced machine stress during hard digging.

Enstruc quarry excavator buckets are compatible with machines from CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Doosan, and other popular OEMs. We offer custom bucket widths, capacities, tooth systems, and mounting configurations to suit machine size, ground conditions, and production goals.
