A leading heavy machinery dealer in the United States first contacted Enstruc Wear Solutions in 2021 regarding the supply of replacement excavator and loader teeth for Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment. Following a detailed review of our raw material certifications, mechanical property test reports, and competitive pricing, the client approved the shipment of Enstruc sample teeth for intensive field testing across three active job sites. After months of side-by-side performance comparison, the results were clear: Enstruc bucket teeth penetrate and performed as well as, if not better than, the original OEM parts in terms of wear life, fitment, and reliability.
To compete effectively in the highly aggressive US market, our client selected a range of high-grade bucket tooth styles for their initial order, including standard tips, rock chisel tips, flare tips, and rock penetration tips to cover a variety of applications from general digging to high-impact rock work. Once the specifications were finalised, Enstruc quickly mobilised production, manufacturing and preparing a total of 56 pallet boxes of teeth. In just 60 days, we completed production, packed the orders, and successfully loaded the shipment into four full shipping containers ready for delivery to the United States.
