The Enstruc Heavy Duty LHD Bucket is designed for heavy mucking in development headings, drawpoints, production loading, and haulage in abrasive underground mines.
Our HD underground mining buckets are available with a straight lip, spade lip or a KVX style lip. Depending on the application, we can install additional weld-on, bolt-on, or mechanical lip shroud protection.
Our Heavy Duty LHD buckets feature slide and impact abrasion protection with high wear-resistant horizontal and radial wear strips. Wear-resistant cast corners protect the corners and lip, and gusset protectors prevent any weld wash. Additional wear strips, heel shrouds, cast corner protectors, and tyre protectors can be added to suit wear requirements, match ore types, production goals, and LHD maintenance programs.
Our heavy duty LHD buckets are designed for Sandvik LH and Toro loaders, Epiroc Scooptrams, Caterpillar R-series, Komatsu WX, and other LHD models up to 80 tonnes operating weight. Popular bogger models include Sandvik LH514, LH517, LH621, LH625; and Cat R1700, R2900, R3000.
